Upon full payment, the Customer receives a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Template for a single website. The Template may not be resold, redistributed, or used on multiple websites. The Customer may only use the Template to create and operate a single website.

4. Attribution Requirement
The Customer agrees to provide proper attribution to Maez Design Studio as the service provider of the Template. This attribution must appear in the footer of the website created using the Template.
The attribution can be provided in one of the following two ways:
The attribution must remain visible and intact at all times, regardless of any updates or modifications made to the website.
5. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, and any related rights, remain with the Service Provider. The Template is licensed, not sold, to the Customer. The Service Provider reserves all rights not expressly granted to the Customer under this Agreement.
6. Delivery and Support
The Template will be delivered to the Customer via email, containing a download link upon confirmation of full payment. The Service Provider may provide technical support and updates for the Template at its discretion, but is not obligated to do so.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods, no refunds are offered once the Template has been purchased or accessed by the Customer based on the Consumer Protection Regulation - Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.). However, the Service Provider will assist with any technical issues that may arise regarding the Template.
8. Termination
The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and revoke the Customer’s license to use the Template if the Customer violates any of the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Customer must immediately cease using the Template and remove it from any websites.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues that may arise from the use of the Template, including but not limited to website downtime, compatibility issues, or any loss of revenue. The Template is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the law of the Civil Code (Act V of 2013). In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the Buyer shall have the right to apply to a conciliation body if the Buyer's consumer dispute with the Seller is not settled. 11. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
12. Acknowledgement
By purchasing the Template, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

- Template: Refers to the website template provided by Maez Design Studio to the Customer, which can include, but is not limited to, web design, layout, code, graphics, and content.
- Customer: The party purchasing the Template.
- Service Provider: The party providing the Template for sale.
2. Grant of License

- The Template may not be resold, shared, or redistributed in any form to third parties, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, including as part of a template bundle or website package.
- The Template may not be modified or used in any way that violates any laws or intellectual property rights.
- The Template is licensed for use on a single website only, and if the Customer wishes to use it on multiple websites, they must purchase additional licenses.

- Option 1: By displaying the text "Template Design by Maez Design Studio" along with a hyperlink to www.maezdesignstudio.com.
- Option 2: By displaying the text "Site Credit” along with a hyperlink to www.maezdesignstudio.com.
